Under this subsection, you can follow the Status of the Automation jobs you have run. The status could be one of the following:

  • Queued: the job is waiting in a queue to be executed;
  • In progress: The job is currently executing. You can check the Progress Percentage in the next column;
  • Done: all system tasks have been completed. At this stage, the end results visible to the user might not be ready yet;
  • Finished: The job is finished, including the end result visible to the user;
  • Canceled: the job has been canceled by the user;
  • Interrupted: it happens only when the server restarts.  It will be prioritized on the next run. No action is needed from the user;
  • Error: An error has happened, preventing this job from being executed. The number of errors will also be displayed in the last column;
  • Paused: The user has paused the job. However, the planned action will continue until done, but the next action will be paused.

Menu Actions

  • In the menu of each job, you will find the Cancel action, which allows the user to cancel any job whether it's running or not;
  • Pause/Resume: It will allow you to pause a job. This is useful when you have a higher-priority job that you need to run first. It will save server resources. You can resume the job when ready.
