⚠️ If you can't find the Advanced Actions section under Admin, contact your account manager to enable it on your license.

⚠️ Once it's enabled on your license, you'll need to review the roles and permissions associated with the feature to ensure that users with the appropriate roles have access. This will help ensure that only authorized personnel are able to use the feature and maintain the security and integrity of the data.

Restore Fields

It happens that sometimes you delete a field from the data structure, but you realize later that you need it back. Don't worry, we have you covered.

  1. Click on Restore fields on the right-corner menu;
  2. Select the desired data structure where you want to restore this field;
  3. Click on the field to restore;
  4. The field will be restored along with the data that was saved in this field.

⚠️ If you don't find anything on the selected data structure, it means that you haven't deleted any field, or the field was deleted before 24 Jan 2023. This feature will work only to restore fields deleted after v.3.103.0 (Jan 25, 2023).

Delete all Data

Use this feature in case you want to clear a table's content.

⚠️ Be careful, this action is not reversible!

  1. Select the data structure where your data is sitting;
  2. Click on Delete all Data;
  3. Enter the name of the table (this is an extra step to ensure that the user is aware of what he is deleting);
  4. Click on Confirm.
