Add Customized Translation to your Reports

As an administrator, you can set custom translations for every field of every report created in iO

Go to Admin > Data > Translations

1. Once you select Translations, a new tab will open up with a selection box prompting you to select a Data Structure;
2. Select the one you wish to do the translation for. It will open up a table containing all values for the default company's language. Use the columns on the right-hand side to manually enter how these should be translated into the desired language;
3. Once users with languages other than the default company's language set up in their user settings open this report, the field names they see on their screen will be the ones set here in translations.
